In the first of our specialist whole-day summer workshops, you’ll be introduced to a range of techniques for working with colour. We’ll be looking at:

• The colour wheel and tertiary greys
• Colour contrast and how to use it effectively
• Using accent and dominant colours
• Mixing techniques
• Colour and mark-making

We’ll create a series of studies throughout the day, ending with a final painting using your favourite lessons from the day.

Our experience working with a range of abilities in different settings, makes this the perfect workshop for beginners and professional artists.

All materials and light refreshments provided.
